Cabernet Sauvignon zu Ihrem „Wein der Woche” - einmal mehr eine Bestätigung für die gute Arbeit des Duos Alicia Eyaralar Riera und Jose Maria Fraile! Die im Web nachzulesende Verkostungsnotiz lautet im Original wie folgt:
„What has come to be called 'Navarre assemblage' based on different combinations of the Bordeaux grapes and tempranillo has shown in this tasting that is still a valid formula, with elegant and fresh wines and being the best representative in this round of that style, the Macula 2010 from Tandem. Chocolate, black pepper, green pepper, licorice in a very cool and bordelaise nose. Great liveliness on the palate, very tasty, sharp and long.”
