Cádiz verkostet und mit hohen 92/10 Punkten bewertet. Nachfolgend schreibt er im Original über den rebsortenreinen Roten, zu 100 % aus der
Tintilla-de-Rota-Rebsorte (lokales Synonym für
Graciano) erzeugt:
„Opaque purple. A peppery element brightens heady, mineral-laced red fruit preserves, potpourri and incense aromas. The sappy, concentrated and broad palate, displays juicy blackberry and blueberry flavors, along with an enlivening by a jolt of zesty acidity. Long and subtly tannic, the finish shows a suave blend of richness and vivancity, with emphatic floral and smoky mineral qualities. This sexy, balanced wine was fermented and aged in a combination of large concrete and oak vats for one year, followed by seven months of further aging in 225-liter-French oak barrels.”
