„Deep ruby. Fresh dark berry and floral pastille aromas are complicated by notes of licorice pastille and musky herbs. Silky and expansive on the palate, offering intense black raspberry, cola and spicecake
flavors that deepen on the back half. Finishes gently sweet and very long, with smooth tannins and lingering floral and berry compote notes. After fermentation and 26 months of aging in 300-liter French oak barrels this wine spent another 2 years in concrete tanks before bottling.”
